Taizhou Zhonglian Plastic Moul d Co.,Ltd. ,which was
original Taizhou Zhonglian Plastic Mould Factory, was founded in 1984.It
covers 4500m2 , in which the bulit area is 3400m2,owns fixed assets
more than 18000000 yuan ,and 148 employees,including 28 medium and
highly title staffs; meanwhile it also owns computer---controlling
manufacturing center, three—coordinate measuring meter and more than
fifty sets of various mould manufacturing equipment. It mainly operates
the development,design and manufacture of all kinds of highly scientific
technology and complex—structural plastics—injecting mould. Its product
covers fields such as automobile,motorcycle,house electric apparatus,
office things and daily things.Products are popular with all users
in the whole country, and exported to South--west Asian,Europe and
America.At present, the key of our company’s product development is
to exploit cabin and pallet.
In 1998,our company founded CAD,CAM.CAE working studios, using the
first class UG/PROE/cimatron/mold flow concept design, to realize
the generation from concept design, opposite—engineering to flowing
analysis. The studios have successfully developed automobile bumper,
air combi assy mould, whole plastic fitting of motorcycle, bulb mould
(including automobile models such as Dasha., Zhongsha, Wuyang Little
Princess,Haomai,Lingying, Lingmu110, Taibentian),television crust
mould,whole set washing machine,dustbin,pallet plastics mould and
plastic—injecting mould of
various daily and office things.Up to now,we have accumulated rich
production experience.
